Oscar to wear Neymar’s no.10 for Brazil

Chelsea midfielder Oscar has been handed Neymar’s no.10 shirt for Brazil’s World Cup qualifier with Venezuela on Tuesday.

Barcelona star Neymar is suspended for the clash in Caracas after picking up a yellow card in the 5-0 demolition of Bolivia last week.

Oscar wore the no.15 shirt as an unused substitute on Thursday but will pass that number on to Paulinho, who is returning from a one-match suspension of his own.

25-year-old Oscar is set to return for the first time since October last year and last wore the no.10 shirt in 2013.

He is yet to feature under new coach Tite, who has started life as Selecao boss with three consecutive victories in World Cup qualification.
